A different kind of relationship

One office.
A longer view.

A private mental health office for individuals and families navigating demanding, complex or public-facing lives.

Mental health deserves
its own private office.

You may have trusted advisers for wealth, law and the practicalities of life. Mental health can require the same continuity: someone who understands the context, helps you make decisions and remains involved when circumstances change.

ARCSENA is a Private Mental Health Office for individuals and families navigating demanding, complex or public-facing lives. Founders, leaders, athletes, artists and public figures can appoint the Office personally, with family involvement entirely optional. Discretion, specialist judgement and continuity guide the relationship.

One place to bring the questions together.

You may already have excellent clinicians. The work around them can still be demanding: deciding whose opinion is needed, arranging care in another country or knowing who will follow up after treatment. The Office helps you manage those decisions and the practical work that follows.

  1. 01

    A named relationship lead

A person responsible for the Office’s agreed work, familiar with your priorities and the people involved in your care.

  2. 02

A working Private Mental Health Plan

A practical record of priorities, relevant professionals, contacts, permissions and next steps, reviewed with you over time.

  3. 03

    Help with consequential decisions

Clarify the question, identify suitable expertise and consider the next step, including a further clinical opinion when needed.

  4. 04

    Follow-through

Bring appointments, provider communication, handovers and agreed actions together, with someone responsible for each task.

  5. 05

    Readiness and review

Plan ahead for changes in care or location and revisit arrangements before they become outdated.

Our principle
The value is in having someone who knows the context when the next question arises.

Alongside the family.
Respecting the individual.

A family may have several professionals involved at once, each with a different role. Our task is to help those relationships work coherently where the individuals concerned authorise coordination.

ARCSENA is part of THE BALANCE Group, founded and led by Abdullah Boulad. Psychiatrist and psychotherapist Dr. Sarah Boss is ARCSENA’s Clinical Lead, Jil Moore is Client Relations Director and Bilgehan Bulut is Clinical Care Director. Abdullah is available for a personal conversation about your priorities and the relationship with the Office.

The group relationship provides access to group capabilities while preserving a wider view of provider suitability. A recommendation may involve a group service or an independent professional; the relationship and reasoning should always be clear.

Our network & group

Before a concern becomes an urgent decision.

A continuing relationship can begin while life is stable: understanding existing support, agreeing how family or advisers may help and identifying the questions that deserve professional attention. It can also begin when care has become difficult to manage or a significant transition is approaching.

The introductory conversation considers whether the Office adds useful continuity. Sometimes a direct appointment with one clinician is the more proportionate next step. When a wider relationship is appropriate, its responsibilities and fees are defined before it begins.
